STAY HOTEL in PYEONGTAEK

Article 1. Purpose

  1. These Terms govern the use of accommodation and ancillary services ("Services") provided by STAY HOTEL in PYEONGTAEK ("Hotel").

Article 2. Reservations and Payment

  1. ①Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or messenger services. Accurate personal information must be provided at the time of booking.
  2. ②A reservation is confirmed upon completion of payment or upon receipt of confirmation from the Hotel.
  3. ③Rates vary by room type, duration of stay, and season. The rate quoted at the time of booking will apply.
  4. ④Payment may be made on-site (cash or card) or via online payment.

Article 3. Check-in and Check-out

  1. ①Check-in time: 3:00 PM (15:00)
  2. ②Check-out time: 12:00 PM (12:00)
  3. ③A valid ID or passport must be presented at check-in.
  4. ④Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Article 4. Modification and Cancellation

  1. ①Bookings made through this website may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in.
  2. ②Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee.
  3. ③Refunds during a stay are calculated on the basis of 3 days before check-in: a 50% fee applies 2 days before check-in, and a 100% fee applies 1 day before or on the day of check-in.
  4. ④Special promotions or package deals may be subject to separate cancellation policies.

Article 5. Guest Responsibilities

  1. ①Guests shall use hotel facilities with due care and diligence.
  2. ②Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property or furnishings.
  3. ③Behavior that disturbs other guests (noise, smoking in unauthorized areas, etc.) is prohibited and may result in eviction.
  4. ④Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Article 6. Hotel Liability and Disclaimers

  1. ①The Hotel strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
  2. ②The Hotel is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or power outages.
  3. ③The Hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited at the front desk.
  4. ④The Hotel is not liable for accidents caused by guest negligence.

Article 7. Military and Corporate Rates

  1. ①US Military special rates require a valid military ID at check-in.
  2. ②Corporate rates require a business registration certificate or employment verification.
  3. ③Special rates cannot be combined with other promotions.

Article 8. Dispute Resolution

  1. ①These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. ②Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Hotel's location.

Article 9. Changes to Terms

  1. ①The Hotel may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms will be posted on the website.
  2. ②Amended Terms take effect 7 days after posting.
